James Kalm video

So I learned about James Kalm today. He's posting all kinds of art videos on Youtube and this one is from the opening last night. The painting right behind Bill Gusky , as he is talking, is mine. I think they (John, Stephanie and Chris) made a good choice, hanging my work next to his. This is probably as close as I am going to get to that show, so thanks James!

I don't think charlie did. But I hope that he will check it out.

Actually, Eva, Bill made the choice to hang his work next to yours, partly because he showed up with it after I'd hung the whole rest of the show, partly because I'd left a large amount of space around yours because nothing else looked good next to it, and partly because it belonged there. I was thrilled when I came in and found he'd done it.

John and Chris had no opinions about hanging at all, except that Chris thought his was 'too high.' ;-)

Yours is a wonderful piece, Eva, very vibrant and active.

Charlie never showed, sad to say.

Eva,
Congratulations! Your piece looks wonderfully vibrant....I just had a chance to watch the video. What a surrealistic spot and a pleasure to see the art blogosphere came to life for 10 seconds. A great idea that was long over due I must say.

i agree with chris, his piece is too high (i saw a photo). why didn't he lower it?

Martin, I guess I thought he moved it. But something was indeed high on those walls.
