The new issue of Elephant Magazine is out and it has a great series of interview-based profiles called The Art of Collage by Ana Ibarra. Seventeen artists from all over the world are featured and I'm one. Five of my montages are reproduced in color, with Target No. 10 (Susan) and Target No. 1 (Liza) receiving full pages. They all look so juicy there, truly well done. Unfortunately you can't find it in Portland, but NYC has a lot of resources, including St. Mark's Bookshop. The piece is called The Best is Yet to Come - my own quote and I believe it, grateful to still be here, making work.
